What is an NFC digital business card?

It is a business card with a small NFC chip inside. When you tap it on a smartphone, your digital profile opens in the browser with your contact details, links and social media. A QR code on the back does the same for phones without NFC.

Is a digital business card the same as a smart or NFC business card?

Yes. Digital business card, smart business card, NFC business card, smart visiting card and digital visiting card all mean the same thing: a card you tap on a phone to share your details. The CrestLabs card also has a QR code, so it works on every phone.

How much does an NFC business card cost?

The CrestLabs NFC digital business card costs $10, paid once. That includes the printed card, the QR code and your digital profile page. There is no subscription, monthly fee or yearly renewal.

Does the other person need an app?

No. Tapping the card or scanning the QR code opens your profile in the phone’s web browser. Nobody needs to install anything.

Which phones work with NFC business cards?

iPhone XR and newer read NFC automatically, as do most Android phones from the last few years (NFC must be switched on). Any phone with a camera can scan the QR code on the back.

Can I change my details after I get the card?

Yes, any time and for free. Sign in to your dashboard at card.crestlabs.dev, edit your details, links or design, and press Publish. The same card keeps working.

Can I see who viewed or tapped my card?

Your dashboard shows profile views, card taps, QR scans, link clicks and contacts saved for the last 7, 30 or 90 days. It shows totals, not personal data about your visitors.

What happens if I lose my card?

Report it lost in your dashboard and it stops working immediately. Your profile, QR code and share link keep working, and we can send you a replacement card.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Cards are usually ready in 3–5 days after you approve the design. Ships worldwide, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe. Shipping cost and delivery time are confirmed before you pay.

Can I order cards for my whole team?

Yes. We make matching cards with your company branding for every team member. Message us with the number of cards for a team price.

How do I pay?
